Raw material selection

The journey of each of our products begins with carefully selected raw materials. We work only with reliable and selected wood suppliers from northern regions such as Finland and Sweden. It is in these places that spruce trees are distinguished by their strength and durability.
We have the following requirements for raw materials:

  • Small, only living branches.
  • The dimensions of the workpieces are maintained.
  • Humidity 16% (±2%).
  • Proper drying, which ensures that there are no split ends or kinks (curves).

Each billet is carefully inspected to meet extremely strict moisture and dimensional standards. Care at this stage is critical, as it is impossible to produce a product from a poor-quality billet. extra (highest) quality wood finishing products
(We do not produce B, C or lower quality products).

Planing

During planing, the board acquires its final profile. By flexibly using various profiling knives, we can give the wood finish a wide variety of shapes: both standard and according to individual customer needs: vertical, horizontal, rhombus, square. Various widths and thicknesses are available.

At this stage of wood finishing production, accuracy is extremely important so that there are no gaps when installing the boards and the surface is aesthetic. Experienced craftsmen see and adapt to each board. We feel the wood: which side to place the board on, at what speed to let go. The work performed in this way ensures minimal production defects. No damage, scratches or waves.

The result of the production process: Structural timber or sawn boards ready for further processing.

Burning

The real magic of transformation occurs during wood burning. The wood blanks coming from the planing process are burned to a 2 mm surface char using special equipment.

This literally heat-infusing process gives wood finishing solutions resistance to environmental influences and durability. Properly performed burning process highlights the natural beauty of the wood, protects against moisture accumulation and pests.

The moisture level of the wood is carefully assessed during the burning process. This ensures an even burning of the surface, preserving the aesthetic appearance and creating appropriate protective properties for the burned wood facade.

Combing

After burning, the process boards are scrubbed and combed. The unstable layer of carbon formed during burning is mechanically removed and the natural wood grain is highlighted.

This process further strengthens the surface of the wood facade cladding and properly prepares it for the next stages of production.

During combing, it is important to thoroughly scrub the surface of the boards so that the oil can properly absorb into the wood during oiling and provide maximum long-term protection from environmental (atmosphere, UV rays) effects and ensure a wonderful aesthetic appearance.

We comb with extreme precision: neither too much nor too little. Just enough to ensure a durable surface for burnt wood facades and maximum protection from the elements.

Lubrication

Oiling, which is carried out twice, is one of the final stages of production, during which the color of the wooden facade is given and protection from environmental influences is ensured.

We use a special oil with biocides, which additionally protects wooden facades from woodworm, mold, fungus, moss and provides real durability. We choose this product because we have conducted environmental resistance tests and know that light colors will last 5 years, dark colors 7-10 years.

To achieve maximum protection and a beautiful appearance, we always oil in two layers. This type of oiling ensures the greatest resistance of wooden facades to the environment and UV rays, and gives the appearance of a wooden facade a warm look and feel.

The result of the production process: Burnt and finished wood ready for packaging.

Packing

The finished wood finishing products are packaged in a special film that provides additional protection against UV rays.

This is extremely important so that the boards retain their color and unchanged quality during transportation and storage at the construction site.

Yes, out of respect for the wood and the work we do, even the packaging of the manufactured wood facade boards is thoughtful.

Warranty and service

We are confident in the quality of our wooden facades, which is why we provide a 10-year warranty. Impeccable quality, durability, and the natural warmth of wood have accompanied our customers all these years.

In order to ensure long and enjoyable use of the wooden facade, we provide written installation instructions. For example, to protect the wooden facade from local oxidation, we recommend attaching it to a ventilated facade, and using stainless steel screws or special stainless steel nails of at least 1,6 mm for the attachment itself.
